Wish2Santa ✦Make a free Christmas letter

A free printable Santa letter, made by your little dreamer

A Christmas letter can be a wish list, a little drawing prompt or a snapshot of what matters to a child this year. Wish2Santa lets you make that letter yourself, choose its paper and keep a printable copy. The child’s wish letter is free to create, print, download and email to someone you choose.

Choose from six Christmas paper designs

The letter maker includes Evergreen wishes, Christmas post, Starlight dreams, Gingerbread Christmas, Winter woodland and Santa’s workshop. You can switch the paper without rewriting the wishes. A first name or nickname is enough, and leaving the name blank works too.

Make your printable letter

  1. Open the free letter maker and add up to six wishes. A wish can be a toy, a day together or something kind.
  2. Add an optional kind thought, then choose a paper design.
  3. Review the greeting, opening words and sign-off. A parent can edit them to sound like their child.
  4. Choose Print my letter or Download my letter.

How to print on A4 or save as PDF

In your browser’s print window, select A4 paper, portrait orientation and 100% scale. Turn off browser headers and footers so the website address and date do not appear on the letter. Check the preview before printing, especially if the wishes or message are long.

To keep a PDF, choose Save as PDF in the print window. On a Mac, use the PDF menu in the print dialog. The Download button saves a printable HTML file with its letter artwork embedded; it does not automatically create a PDF.

A letter to keep, not a delivery promise

Print the letter to leave under the tree, put it in a family Christmas box or email it to a friend, partner or family member. Email goes to the address you enter. Wish2Santa does not deliver letters to a real North Pole address or promise that any wish will be fulfilled.

No account is needed for the free letter. Keep home addresses, surnames and other private details out of children’s messages. On a shared device, leave Remember this draft switched off and clear the letter when you finish.
