Is it really free?
Yes. Creating, decorating, downloading, printing and emailing a child’s wish letter is free. The optional Santa reply and certificate cost €2.99.
Where does the letter go?
Keep it for Santa, or share it with a friend, partner or family member by email. The email includes a printable letter. Children can ask a parent or guardian for help.
Do we need an account?
No account, surname, home address, photo or email is needed. A first name or nickname is enough, and you can leave that blank too.
Is the letter saved?
Only in the current page by default. A parent can choose to remember a draft on this device. On a shared device, leave that option off and use Clear letter when finished. To prepare your files, we securely store this reply and your email for up to 30 days. Your email is shared with Stripe for checkout; the child’s name and letter text are not sent to Stripe. Keep your private order link to yourself.
